Include Me Consulting supports organisations to strengthen how they surface insight, build trust and solve complex challenges.

Much of our work focuses on a simple but critical question:

whether organisations create environments where important insight — including insight that signals risk — is able to surface, or remains hidden.

Where insight flows, organisations are better able to respond early, collaborate effectively and deliver strong outcomes. Where it does not, issues often become visible later, when they are more complex and more difficult to resolve.

Current Work

We are currently inviting a small number of London Boroughs to participate in a Relational Intelligence Leadership Pilot.

This work focuses on strengthening the conditions that allow organisations to:

  • Surface insight earlier 
  • Build trust across teams and partners 
  • Work more effectively across complex systems
