Pam has over 20 years experience in event management in the Public and Private sectors, focused on delivering desired outcomes for clients no matter their scope; from small meetings to large scale public events that host thousands of attendees.
Pam is also the owner and founder of Pam’s People. The company was born over 10 years ago from her desire to create inclusive opportunities for local people to connect, and have fun through dance.
A recently qualified Cultural Intelligence facilitator, Pam has aligned her passion for diversity and inclusion in dance with Cultural intelligence.
We offer our end-to-end Whole Body Approach program, to ensure that your equity, diversity and inclusion plans will be more than simply a tick-box exercise.
